JacquelineMAXWELL(Felling). Died peacefully at home on Monday 31st July 2023 with her dearly loved son Daniel, Sebastian her dog and close friends by her side. Jax was a loving sister of Michael, a dedicated nurse, a devoted and loyal friend. Jax expressed, strictly no flowers and dress in what you feel comfortable wearing when you meet for service at Saltwell Crematorium on Tuesday 29th August at 12:00 midday. Donations if desired can be made at the service in aid of St Oswald's Hospice. An after funeral venue will be mentioned at the service.
